Heading out early today (Saturday) for parts unknown. Likely won't be back until late tonight or sometime Sunday. Perhaps heading to wine country up north....

Had the opportunity to spend some time reviewing and working on a number of images from recent shoots and have posted them to the gallery...hope you enjoy.

On the equipment front, the new 24-70mm Nikkor finally arrived and am having a blast with it! Will give it a workout this weekend as I intend to do a couple of trips during this Super Bowl hype weekend...

Have gone to the Santa Monica / Malibu area these past few weekends, and did manage to capture a few images worth showing. The first of these is "Quicksilver Shores" which is now on the showcase page.

Not much eventful happening as of late. Some trips to Huntington & Laguna Beach, as well as a stopover at the Mission @ San Juan Capistrano. Have a couple of shots from the latter that I'm working on. (See above)

May get out somewhere on Saturday morning, but this is NFL playoffs time.....
